Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how QuickInflo ("QuickInflo", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the QuickInflo application and the website at quickinflo.com. It is written to be clear rather than to bury the important point, which is this:

Your invoice and customer data never leaves your computer. QuickInflo runs locally. It reads the invoice list and PDF files you point it to, and sends reminders through your own email account. We do not receive, transmit, store, or have any access to your receivables, your customers' details, or the content of the reminders you send. There is no QuickInflo cloud holding your data — because there is no QuickInflo cloud.

1. Data processed locally by the app (we never see it)

When you use QuickInflo, the following stays entirely on your machine and within your own email account, and is never sent to us:

Because this data never reaches us, we cannot access, sell, share, or lose it. You remain the sole controller of it.

2. Information we do collect

We collect only what is needed to sell, license, and support the product:

3. Payments & Merchant of Record

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. When you pay, your payment details (including card data) are collected and processed by Paddle under their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS-compliant systems — not by us. We never see or store your full card details. Please review Paddle's Privacy Policy for how they handle payment information.

4. How we use the information we collect

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that make the business run — principally Paddle (payments/MoR) and our email/support tools — and only as needed for those purposes, or where required by law. We do not share the data the application processes on your machine, because we never receive it.

6. Retention

We keep order, licence, and support records for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymise them. Paddle retains transaction records per its own obligations.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these, contact us at support@quickinflo.com. For billing records held by Paddle, requests can also be made through Paddle.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited information we hold. Note that the most sensitive data — your receivables and customer details — is protected by design, because it stays on your own computer and is never transmitted to us.

9. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
