Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuickInflo software application and the website at quickinflo.com (together, the "Service"), provided by QuickInflo ("QuickInflo", "we", "us"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Payments & Merchant of Record. Orders for QuickInflo are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. When you buy a subscription, Paddle is the seller of record for that transaction and handles billing, payment, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

1. The Service

QuickInflo is a desktop application that automates accounts-receivable follow-up by sending reminder emails for overdue invoices through your own email account, using invoice data that you supply. The application runs locally on your computer. We may update, improve, or modify features of the Service over time.

2. Licence

Subject to your active subscription and these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use QuickInflo for your own business purposes. Each licence key is issued to you and must not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or used on more devices than your plan permits.

You may not copy (except for backup), modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Subscriptions, trials & billing

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or spam communications, or in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

QuickInflo, its software, branding, and content are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a licence to use the Service, not any ownership of it.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will recover any specific amount of receivables. QuickInflo is a tool, not financial, legal, or collections advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. On termination, your licence ends and you must stop using the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Transactions processed by Paddle are additionally subject to Paddle's own terms.
